• Responsible for coordinating between researchers, professional organizations, and student design projects.• Mentored students in the use of additive manufacturing, subtractive manufacturing, and electronics, along with supplying advice for senior design classes, special projects, and university-level researchers.• Built a multitude of creative projects for students to interact with as well as take inspiration from.

• Owned the entire process for the creation of an ultrasonic welding development stand for the solar arrays on Starlink V1.5 satellites. The stand created a platform to experiment with new tooling, procedures, and weld recipes, as well as allow for low-volume solar array production without stopping the main production line.• Created detailed drawings for documentation and outsourced manufacturing for the 30+ unique parts I created in NX using the principles of GD&T. All in-house development was done myself in a machine shop.• Liaised between the solar & and automation teams as well as the in-house and external manufacturers and vendors to expedite production. I acted as the direct point of contact for all partners and suppliers.

• Responsible for designing and manufacturing a fuel tank prototype using Siemens NX, Nastran, handcalculations, and by cooperating with the manufacturing team, welders, and tooling suppliers.• Formed aerospace-grade titanium and aluminum sheet metal using limited tooling.• Executed and presented a demonstration burst test of the fuel tank to verify procedures and FEA.
