• Liaised between the solar & and automation teams as well as the in-house and external manufacturers and vendors to expedite production. I acted as the direct point of contact for all partners and suppliers.

• Responsible for designing and manufacturing a fuel tank prototype using Siemens NX, Nastran, handcalculations, and by cooperating with the manufacturing team, welders, and tooling suppliers.
• Formed aerospace-grade titanium and aluminum sheet metal using limited tooling.
• Executed and presented a demonstration burst test of the fuel tank to verify procedures and FEA.
