Equipped with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics and Robotics (High Distinction Honours) as well as leadership experience in project management and infrastructure maintenance, I am well-equipped to tackle challenges and drive results.Starting my career in process and quality improvements in manufacturing, I successfully facilitated capital projects and worked with internal and external stakeholders to reduce production and commissioning costs. I then moved on to facility management at Crown Resorts, where I oversaw the maintenance, testing, and day-to-day operations of fire safety systems, vertical transport systems, and HVAC systems.I have also worked in the telecommunications industry, responsible for managing over 100,000 assets at more than 14,000 Telstra sites across Australia. My expertise in budgeting, scheduling, client reporting, and problem-solving ensured asset reliability and client satisfaction.Recently, I have returned to Crown as the Building Compliance Manager. I am responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant standards, policies and procedures to ensure guest and staff safety.
