The Foundation supports the social and economic development of the UAE and the Middle East with a focus primarily on the education sector through both research and programmatic activities. Highlights of my work in this capacity included: - Designing quantitative and qualitative survey questionnaires, training enumerators, supervising data collection, cleaning and preparing datasets, analyzing data, and synthesizing results into reports and other publication formats- Supporting monitoring and evaluation of Foundation programs- Managing Junior staff and interns- Supporting annual budget planning and goal setting as well as the development of the 5-year strategic plan- Liaising with stakeholders and developing partnerships locally, at the Federal level, and internationally, such as with NORRAG, the OECD, the T20, UNESCO and UNFPA- Supported two Foundation conferences and lead organizer in two others- Held a key role in establishing a Special Interest Group at the Comparative International Education Society- Volunteer teaching Grade 10 students in the Foundation's College Prep Program- Supporting Foundation community events, including the annual Fine Arts Festival

Under RECOTVET, a TVET project focused on developing regional standards and cooperation amongst the key stakeholders in ASEAN + China- Participated in the annual planning workshop to evaluate the project’s progress- Assisted in the development process of a website: ‘Knowledge Management Platform’ for the stakeholders to coordinate, share and create TVET resources- Assisted in 2 conferences in Thailand and Vietnam, organized sessions for stakeholders to establish additional cooperation and create a business strategy- Developed products and materials for network funding, resource analysis, marketing, research coordination and overall network strategy
