EHS TASKS:- Being responsible for EHS-based jobs: Labor environment, Employee’s Health, Labor Safety, Fire Training and Protection.- Implementing ESH policies and procedures and ensuring full compliance to ESH laws and regulations.- Developing and conducting regular review of risk assessments for all work equipment and operations.- Leading all incident/ accident investigation from the entity, develop, document, and follow up to closure all corrective measures and recommended improvements.- Working with internal / external ESH consultants in the provision of ESH training programs and related ESH services.- Performing Security Inspection/ Audit Warehouse and Office from Samsung corporation's requirements.HR TASKS:- Job recruitment: Candidates finding & interviewing, docs preparation and recruitment process supporting.- Cooperating and supporting in organizing Staff activities (Teambuilding, Outing trip, Year-end party, Football tournaments…).- Controlling In/ Out attendance related to Access Control and door access.- Conducting Orientation & Compliance training programs for employees such as internal policies, regulations, Labor Safety, Labor Hygiene, etc.- Checking and approving training record for employees in ETP (Employee Training Portal) system.- Cooperating with EHS/ HR/ third parties to organize mandatory training courses.GENERAL ADMIN TASKS:- Car arrangement in Thai Nguyen office, checking car records, monthly payment, and car-usage reports.- Taxi (Grab & Mai Linh) control, checking the taxi usage, making approval and, monthly process payment.- Making conference schedules, daily/ weekly arrangement for meeting rooms.- Proceeding payments for office services: Viettel post, telephone, Internet, office renting fee, etc.- Ensuring the smooth operation of office machines and equipment: telephone operator, fax machines, photocopier, air-conditioners, printers, etc.- Supporting in preparing ID Card, Entrance card, Business card for employees.

- Attending projects: PSSR, Welding, Radiation, Risk Assessments, and MOC for units;- Understanding thoroughly process control with regard to Control Modes, PV tracking, Control Loop, etc;- Comprehending the working principle, as well as logic controls of units: Effluent Treatment, Nitrogen, Instrument Air, Plant Air, Cooling water, Demin water, Seawater, Portable (Fresh) water, and Service water;- Proposing effective resolutions to deal with problems occurring at ETP in regard to high (N-) concentration, high TSS, high sulfide, and high oil-contaminated… in wastewater;- Operating Nitrogen Production Plant: Starting, Mode Changes, Driming, and Plant Shutdown;- Guiding and asking Field Operators to resolve issues at units and recover the normal working conditions when Blackout and various problems happen;- Training newcomers including both Field and DCS Operators regarding the working principle of units.- Checking and preparing marked-up P&ID for maintenance jobs at units;- Supporting supervisors in accessing KPI for members in teams;- Supporting issuers in preparing PTWs;- Cooperating with FOs to operate units via DCS systems;- Monitoring devices and requesting Field Operators to deal with problems;- Receiving tasks from managers, shift supervisors, and advisors and arranging people to perform them;- Creating logsheets and logbooks of all Cold units for both Field and Panel Operators;- Arranging contractors to perform tasks at Cold units;- Contacting stakeholders to receive necessary information with a view to resolving issues;- Checking Instruments and analyzers with Instrument and analyzing teams;- Checked the water quality at units via lab-based software and informed FOs to inject chemicals in order to retain water within on-spec conditions;- Participating in internal training programs such as Safety, LOTO, First Aid, Process Safety, etc.

EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANT (ETP - 9,000 m3/ day):- Operated equipment and systems: Incinerator, Ozone Generators, Biological treatment plants, Toxic gases treatment package, sludge dewatering machines, Spent Caustic treatment, Primary treatment, Secondary treatment, as well as Tertiary Physiochemical Treatment, pumps and blowers at ETP at the site; - Cooperated with vendors, experts, and commissioning teams to start up successfully ETP;- Supported Vendors and experts in preparing and starting new units such as creating procedures, evaluating process conditions, problem-solving, etc.- Performed Jar Test to confirm the quality of wastewater, as well as the amount of dosed chemicals into packages;- Led constructors to feed sugar into Aeration Basin, or unload sand and sludge into systems.NITROGEN PRODUCTION PLANT:- Assisted Panel Operators in operating Nitrogen Production Plant during distinct periods: starting, shutdown, driming, and mode change;- Drimed HP Nitrogen Pumps;- Worked with Third Parties to unload Liquid Nitrogen from Trucks into Vessels during high-consumed periods;- Supporting Vendors and Commissioning team in starting up the Nitrogen Package successfully.DEMINERALIZED WATER UNIT:- Operated equipment and systems such as MMF, ROs, De-Oiler, Ion Exchangers, Mixed-bed Exchangers, Turbine Pumps, Motor Pumps at the site, as well as on PUCS;- Prepared chemicals (NaOH, EDTA, HCl, Nitric Acid) and carried out CIP for ROs periodically;- Performed Backwash for ROs, MMF, De-oiler package on a daily basis;- Prepared chemicals and performed Regeneration for Ion Exchangers, and Mixed Bed Exchangers.OTHER UNITS:- Cooperated with POs to operate systems and machines such as Cooling Fans, Cooling towers, Plate Heat Exchangers, Seawater Supply Pumps, Seawater Intake Pumps, Electronic Chlorine Generators, Firewater Supply Pumps, Compressors, Air Dryers at the site.
