During this time have moved from Programmer to programer/analyst, to Senior Programmer/Analyst. Promoted to Systems Analyst Dec 2010. Have worked with a wide range of applications used in the Stores and in the Home Office, designing, coding, supporting, enhancing them. Also involved with the Mentoring and training of new associates to the area I work in both on coding practices and company culture.

Support and enhancement of Unix/Linux processes related to Item File and related business systems. Mostly batch C/ESQLC, shell Script, some perl. Also worked with other teams on data needs and enhancements to current systems and migrations to Next gen system.

Once joining Walmart ISD, held positions of programer/programmer analyst for Store application systems, then on to Home Office side of Item file. on Store side supported, developed, enhanced various C based applications used by store associates and related background processes. Once on HO side supported C based back ground processes related to item file, and various related systems. We also had some VB applications used by Business Customers.

Assistant Manager in 3 stores in the two years. Responsible for merchandising, and operations of various departments in the store. Also ran night receiving for a time. In each also was the "go to" person for system questions.
