The objective of this position is to lead and oversee team of analyst in Jakarta, Bali, and Labuan Bajo that supports our Hospitality Strategic Business Unit (SBU) - AYANA Hotel, to create a sustainable long-term value by finding opportunities to increase revenue and reduce cost by incorporating technological advancement.Responsibilities / Projects includes various departments (E-Commerce, Revenue Management, F&B, Spa, Room Division, Human Resources, Retail): -Review, benchmark and analyse hotel financial data and keep informed of the dynamics of each market area to develop a strong understanding of the hotels and their respective markets. - Oversee the monthly, quarterly and year-end summary reports for senior management - Identify, analyse and implement opportunities for increased revenues and expense savings - Cost & benefit analysis - Review operating budgets, CAPEX budgets and marketing plans - Competitor bench-marking - Payment gateway integration - Strategic sales planning - Pricing strategy - Booking engine integration - Loyalty program development - Website and Apps development
