HR Leader overseeing all elements of successful site closure for 650 person Dry Products Mfg facility, the largest closure in Lilly's 132 year history. Worked as part of cross functional leadership team that increased productivity by 40% and retained 99% of employees while meeting all supply requirements. Led a focused effort to retain high potential talent with 85% success rate, including placement in five different countries. Received Global Award from Lilly HR organization based on successful employee relations work as part of the site closure.

HR leader for start-up facility, Lilly's first ever U.S. based manufacturing facility outside of Indiana. Coached team including T&D, Recruiting, HR generalists and Communications/External Affairs in attraction, development and retention of talent Developed HR site strategy that was approved by senior HR and Manufacturing management. Led successful recruitment effort resulting in hiring and induction of 100 new employees.Created desired site culture vision with leadership team and plan for initiatives designed to support that culture.
