Hello I'm David! I'm a person who grew up loving computers and I've grown quite the passion for programming. It's something that brings me lots of joy especially when I'm able to figure out a problem after much hard work, thinking, and research. My experiences began at Lockheed Martin where I was a structural analysis intern. This vital learning experience helped develop my workplace experience and teamwork skills. At the time I wasn't sure if I wanted to be a software developer so I tried out structural analysis, but I ended up preferring software. Next, I got work accepted into the xREAL Lab at CSU, San Bernardino where I worked among a team to develop an educational game in Virtual Reality (VR). This was an important experience as it taught me more about the workplace, how to learn about a program completely new to me, and it also got me used to working with GitHub. Most importantly, it cemented my journey into game programming with a burning passion by showing me how much I enjoy working with games. Finally, I had my most recent experience with Abphina. This was a great opportunity that gave me experience in developing documents for a game going from physical form to digital. Lots of meetings, questions, and immense research and development were required to get our deliverables complete on time. It was tough but very much worth it as it taught me many new important things and gave me experience that I otherwise wouldn't have had. Now, during my final semester of school I'm working on some personal projects before I get into my first job in order to gain some extra skills. I'm excited to get into the software development industry!
