Lead a team to fully integrate the operations of an acquired startup into Ally. Responsibilities included budgeting and annual planning, accounting system integration and P&L reporting, development and deployment of policies and procedures, compliance and risk management, process optimization (including RPA) and operational analytics.

Sourced and hired finance staff, established financial discipline, improved financial reporting, drove operational efficiencies and materially participated the in negotiations, due diligence and legal review during the sale of the company to Ally.
