Some of the above and beyond contributions I have made over the years include;• Applied 5S LEAN Manufacturing principals to continually identify and implement efficiencies across the workshop, including tool shadow boarding maps which drastically improved time and workflow and increased safety on the floor • Created stronger inventory management principals, moving to a weekly ordering system and reducing unnecessary storage of over supplied materials• Managed project implementing specific ‘cooling trough’ within maintenance shed, creating a safer and more efficient workflow and complying more strongly with WH&S principals and legislation• Developed ‘Sustained Rosters’, including picture diagrams allowing all team members to more clearly adhere to protocol• Nominated and awarded on multiple occasions for weekly internal awards based upon ongoing commitment to excellence in health and safety Show less
