Refinitiv purchased the Wealth and Risk units of Thomson Reuters in October, 2018.I managed all aspects of the Product Management Life Cycle for a variety of front and back-office trading and regulatory products.- I participated in 12 Financial Information Forum (FIF) subgroups, which reviewed andprovided feedback on the Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT) (SEC Rule 613) spec, and twicepresented to the IMW Group (SEC, FINRA, SROs and Thesys). I consistentlypresented findings to clients in person and on calls, and analyzed CAT spec for gaps and assisted with data mapping exercises.- I worked with client and back-office teams, to design UI and middle office functionality toenhance the Review & Release product to support Cash and Security entries (non-Trading), which generated a new revenue stream for the company.- As the Product Owner for a Virtual Scrum Team in WI, NY, the Ukraine and Russia, I collaborated with a client firm to incorporate their Business Requirements for adding Complex Option functionality to the Online Brokerage product into the product Backlog. - I coordinated the sunsetting of the old Trade Calculator, and adoption of the newEnhanced Calculator, via extensive client and relationship manager communication, for 11 clientfirms with more than 30,000 users, without any client or user issues.- I designed and defined all requirements, logic and UI for the Complex Options Trading application for brokers, which satisfied one of the requirements for a new client coming on our system, and generated new revenue.- As a Scrum Product Owner, I participated in the formation of a Scrum team for working on Trading applications and others. This team quickly became regarded as the model for Scrum teams in the company.- I designed and defined all requirements, logic and UI for the Review & Release product, whichallows clients to review pended orders before delivering them to the market place, and generated new revenue.

I managed development and system administrator teams across the Open Systems (AIX/UNIX) and JAVA(web) platforms. Facilitated the creation of middle-tier systems, and web based products.- I managed a new web development team to build an Online Brokerage solution. Defined anddocumented functionality and UI requirements. The product was adopted by four client firms, whichgenerated new revenue.- I facilitated the creation of an online repository for BETA Host documentation, which provided bot internal and client access.- I worked with the development team to build a regulatory Blue Sheets Reporting product, whichretained seven years of trade data in a WORM format.- I coordinated the growth of the Order and Trade routing system, which was routing two million plus orders and trades per day between the BETA Host and external entities. Assisted with the analysis to add redundant parallel systems, and repayable functionality, to prevent message loss during recovery from communication errors.

I was a Programmer/Analyst and System Administrator for the AIX/UNIX environments. (C, UNIX shell scripting)- I developed the front-end and middle tier for an OTC Trading system. - I created the first generation of the BETA Connect system for routing Orders and Trades to/from external entities in the US, Canada and Europe.- I developed the core infrastructure and UIs for a new Ticker Plant, which processed Quote and Trade feeds from all Stock, Option, Bond exchanges in the US and Canada.
