In May 2012 I was asked to lead a new position within the firm's National Investor Account management team for the western US. In this capacity I worked closely with the firms largest US investor services clients in the region as well as having direct national and global responsibility for a select number of our larger investor clients. We strive to drive maximum value for our investor clients through a nationally coordinated client team that serves all JLL investor services business lines (capital markets, agency leasing, property management and project development services) and product types (office, industrial, retail, multifamily, life sciences and hotels). This approach brings our investor clients a highly coordinated collective expertise, superior real time insights and implementation of best practices.

West Coast, Usa

Western US Team Leader for the firms Capital Markets Group which undertakes sales & financings, corporate finance and equity raises. Current focus on institutional sales and recapitalizations of office, retail, Multifamily and industrial properties. Tasked upon joining with building the platform in the west. Began with four professionals in the region which as of Q2 2012 grew to nearly 70.

Greater Los Angeles Area

Recruited to build a capital markets expertise on the west coast for the rapidly growing company. Successfully expanded the team from 3 to 20+ in Southern and Northern California. Acquired by CBRE in July 2003 as which point I shifted to running an investment sales team in Los Angeles.

Hong Kong

One of four founding partners, led a management buyout of the commercial real estate investment banking division of publicly held Kennedy Wilson. Held President US title and CEO of GGI Asia business unit. Resident in Hong Kong.

Recruited to build the commercial real estate services side of the platform.

Recruited to start up the debt platform for the firm in Los Angeles. Gravitated to investment sales immediately and never looked back.....

Recruited by the founders of the firm to expand the commercial mortgage banking business in Southern California.

Started as a line construction loan officer focused on commercial and residential in the 5-40MM range. Promoted to head of the Los Angeles lending division after 18 months, member of the Senior Loan Committee.
