Winning is great, but never accepting defeat is the prime motivator.Blessed with a 46 year career in commercial real estate, staring with bank construction lending, on to mortgage banking (and benefiting from my banking customer relationships), on to a full service commercial real estate firm as “the debt guy”, exposed to the Japanese investment wave in the 1980’s - friendships ensued, Asian travel, relocation to HK during the “handover”, back to the US as an experienced global capital markets expert, built two capital markets businesses in the western US and then spent 10+ years as a respected advisor to clients.Now keeping a hand in the industry, but watching the Next Gen take their rightful place! Golf anyone?Can’t beat it. Still engaged, advising, just not running, running, running!
