This included writing policies and processes for the projects and developing a network of volunteers to support and house homeless clients before undergoing a referral programme for our clients.We renovated a house to be used as a halfway home for drug and alcohol clients whilst undergoing withdrawal and rehab treatment. A further renovation program was established to convert an empty shop unit into a charity shop for our clients, working in a two-edged program, to raise funds and generate employment for our users.
