Today, Mr. Drayton leads all revenue operations within Qualfon's three BPO division's (Customer Experience, Integrated Sales, and Marketing Services). Over the last 10 years, Qualfon has built one of the most dynamic and recognized Sales and Account Management organization in the BPO industry managing BPO operations for over 250 brands across the globe. Mr. Drayton started his career as a sophomore in college building a team of 95 student salespeople selling door-to-door during the summers for the Southwestern Company. He then went on to start FOCUS Ministry a non-profit ministry that today works with thousands of students from 15 different college campuses across Texas and Oklahoma.
