Fostered and grew competitive, positive, strong athletes that have competed at national regattas. Headed the women's program in 2012 and had a very competitive WN8 that all became leaders in the club (President, VP, Treasury, and Secretary). In 2013 was in charge of a 3 women's eights (WV8, and two WN8). Creating daily training plans for the eights and following a modified World Rowing's annual training plan. Instructed coaches to following daily training plans. I have coached 4 boats to the Dad Vail National Championship regatta. Focus training efforts on Eights and competing at Dad Vails.Have taught other coaches how to coach, explained training plans to them, taught them how to drive a launch and operate safely on narrow river used by freighters and tugs.
