My main goal is to ensure amazing experiences for our three key stakeholders (customers, partners, and Cisco teams).Our team does this by modernizing existing business infrastructures through world-class technology solutions. We support a wide range of enterprise, midsize, and small business customers spanning the manufacturing, retail, finance, legal, and health care sectors. In addition, I am wholly committed to making the technology sector more inclusive to underrepresented populations through my involvement in initiatives inside and outside of Cisco.

After working in the Southeast for the majority of my early career, I moved to Chicago to take over a $185 million market. My role included developing and mobilizing a team of high-performance account managers as we transformed this under-performing region into a consistent, top-performing region in just 18 months.

My first role with Cisco was highly customer facing and involved building positive, sustainable relationships with key accounts across multiple industries. I drove consistent double-digit growth while delivering business and technology solutions for customer objectives.

I led a small team of consultative sellers and sales engineers to consistently drive profitable top-line growth and beat aggressive performance quotas.

Among my early work at a partner, I launched a new storage product offering for a grey market partner and developed pricing strategies for further North American penetration.
