I have over 15 years of experience in design, manufacture, and prototype test/qualify environments. During this time I developed numerous organizational standards, best practices, and templates to aide in a more consistent, efficient, and accurate workflow. Checked and approved mechanical engineers’ electromechanical designs and detailed prints for more then 9 of those years, among other responsibilities. My current role at Warn Automotive has me primarily involved with design responsibility for OEMs; helping to provide powertrain/drivetrain solutions that improve efficiency for 4WD/AWD systems. My previous role at Eaton within the eMobility group consisted primarily of Circuit Protection and Power Distribution products for construction, agriculture, military and class 8 trucks. I spent a fair portion of my time doing engineering review and sign off for these product lines as well as other product lines under the larger eMobility group. With the growth of eMobility some of these applications also included passenger vehicles.My last 4 years at Halliburton consisted of mentoring and training engineers of all experience levels. I served as the evaluator for our team’s ME’s on all of their core competencies. I also checked and approved their designs and detailed machine prints using SolidWorks. I helped lead a successful move of the Subsea Safety Systems QA/QC, assembly, and factory acceptance testing from Broussard, LA to Carrollton, TX. I started and ran our weekly group meetings to determine deadlines and priorities on short-term goals and requirements for ME’s and EE’s.
