I have always been motivated by the future of technology. Combining it with my personal long term passion in helping others, I started to pursue a career in healthcare technology early on. I believe that future technology would make a positive feedback on people’s lives especially their healthcare needs. As I continue to learn and grow in this industry working in hospital setting, I gained ample experience in different aspects of healthcare technology such quality assurance, clinical documentation improvements, concurrent monitoring, troubleshooting EMR’s issues, data mining, profiling and reporting, etc. As a Health Information Management Lead, I successfully managed to run the daily operations of my department and meet the hospital’s guidelines and expectation. Helping others is a big factor that contributed to my personal achievements. For years I effectively coordinated and worked with people from various backgrounds and personalities, from directors, coworkers, healthcare professionals, to patients and their families. My goal has always been to simplify the process to achieve patients’s satisfaction while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
