The main project I am leading now is the implementation of a software package to replace several outdated custom built software packages. Stakeholders of the new application include Automated Generation Controls, Transmission Generation Operations, Supply & Trading, and Settlement. In addition to replacing current system functionality, the new application will also be configured to enable SRP to join the CAISO Energy Imbalance Market in 2020. The project is currently in the planning phase and is expected to span almost 3 years.

Led initiative to migrate all SRP corporate smartphones from a mixed environment of Android and older iPhones to a newer Apple iPhone 6s platform. Over 1,300 smartphones are being migrated. Developed rollout approach, built detailed rollout schedule, provided executive updates, and participated as an active member of the migration team.• Citrix Highly Available Environment. Worked with ITS team to build an eleven server environment across two SRP locations (to provide customer with a geographically dispersed highly available solution). ITS team included Network Management, Server Management, Virtualization and Storage, Data Center, and Citrix Team. Coordinated architecture and design sessions, built implementation schedule, and served as liaison with customer.• Verizon Wireless Contract Consolidation. Initiative to consolidate over 100 wireless contracts down to one (1). This initiative is estimated to save SRP over $640,000 annually. Developed project approach and led team through development of recommendations.
