I am CEO of Allis Roller, LLC, a contract machining and fabrication company in Franklin, WI. I have over 25 years of experience managing 4 manufacturing companies specializing in complex machining, welding and fabrication. Agricultural Engineering, Purdue University) and experience in every aspect of a manufacturing company, I have first-hand knowledge of the necessary balance of marketing, engineering, production, quality, and finance that propels a company to long-term successful growth.I also am very involved with community and family activities. Networking via groups such as FEMA (Farm Equipment Manufacturers Association), MMAC (Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce) and ASABE (American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers), allows me to stay in touch with current and new business associates in the manufacturing environment.Serving on the Board of Directors of Milwaukee Area Technical College for 8 years (2 years as Chairman) until 2019, and on the Board of the Milwaukee County Research Park (involves management of a 50-company incubator for start-ups) for 10 years (5 years as Chairman) creates a fulfilling role in the local community. Also founded the Franklin Business Park Consortium in 2015 and served as President until 2022- the Consortium now has 16 member companies and is thriving. Spending quality time with my wife, 6 adult children and their families is another important priority of my life.
