Supervises recruiting, retention and attrition management operations.* Reorganized Recruiting and Retention Battalion teams to increase effectiveness and productivity, resulting in an increase in recruiting production and national ranking rise from 54th to 17th place.* Implemented comprehensive new recruiter training and recruiter rehabilitation training, increasing production for struggling recruiters

Responsible for the personnel transactions for over 8500 Army National Guard Soldiers, including accession, discharge, transfer, promotion, health services, and military personnel record management.* Served as primary liaison for all Congressional constituent inquiries.* Specifically targeted hard to fill personnel vacanicies, resulting in vacancy reduction from 27% to less than 10% in 120 days.*Primary Author of the Michigan Army National Guard "Get Well Plan" resulting in a increase in Medical Readiness of 8%, the largest single increase in years.* Was selected for and completed the demanding United States Army Sergeant's Major Acadamy, completing the course ahead of peers and one year early.* Supervised the centralization and streamlining of the Enlisted Promotion System, resulting in a 50% increase in the number of Soldiers recieving promotions.*Tasked by National Guard Bureau to participate in successful rewite of key personnel policy publications.

Investigate, assist, teach and train in the service of the Inspector General of the Army and the Adjutant General of Michigan. Sworn Department of the Army Investigator and US Air Force Inspector General.* Served as primary investigator for 11 highly sensitive Inspector General Investigations, protecting the reputation and interests of the US Army and the Army National Guard.* Selected by the Adjutant General for key public speaking and public affairs appearances.* Assisted in the teaching of Rules of Engagement classes at Cooley Law School* Instrumental in aiding Michigan Army National Guard Soldiers collecting over $225,000.00 in delinquent bonus payments.* Authored professional journal articles with national publication

Senior Enlsited Advisor to the 3rd Brigade, 4th Iraqi Infantry Division. Directed process improvement for unit personnel administration.* Cited by command for "Outstanding tactical performance during combat operations."* Conducted pre-combat checks and mission planning for over 200 tactical patrols.* Awarded the Bronze Star Medal and Combat Action Badge for personal engagements with the enemy.
