The Anderson University Center for Security Studies and Cyber Defense (AU CSSCD) has pioneered an innovative initiative that transforms higher education in the tech sector by reimagining collaboration among higher education, K-12 institutions, and businesses. This initiative, known as the Indiana Cyber Network (ICN), aims to bridge the workforce gap in Indiana's cybersecurity sector.The core mission of AU CSSCD is to produce highly skilled cybersecurity professionals who possess a four-year bachelor’s degree, industry-recognized certifications, and 2-4 years of practical cybersecurity experience. This is achieved through a rigorous curriculum, paid internships, and the provision of cybersecurity services to small businesses, non-profits, local government units, houses of worship, and other entities requiring such services.The Anderson University Center for Security Studies & Cyber Defense operates as a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) LLC.
