Born and raised in Prince Rupert, British Columbia, Dave is a first-generation Vietnamese-Canadian. With a background in IT and Supply Chain Management, Dave brings on-the-ground operational and technical experience – from land to sea, by rail or truck.Dave believes in fostering sustainable and meaningful relationships in order to seek value and collaboration through all stakeholders. Engagement and inclusion of all parties is key to operational excellence in execution. Dave has nearly 8 years working with a Unionized labour force, in addition with collaborative projects with local and external contractors. He focuses on strategic planning, situational decision-based modeling, developing and implementing applied project solutions, and data analysis. He is a self-motivator, team player, and results driven professional.
