Traineeship project, in partnership with University of New Mexico, on the presence of Italians in New Mexico and on the contribution Italian communities and Italian culture gave to New Mexico and United States.Specifically, activities were about:- looking for news through personal investigation or using local archives or online platforms- interviews with witnesses and protagonists- realization, maintenance and implementation of a project-dedicated page on the Journal website- cooperative work with Journal reporters on specific cases.Additionally, realization of some seminars for University of New Mexico (Albuquerque campus) regarding economic and social aspects of the new food awareness and culture in Italy and Europe (Slow Food, Eataly, etc.)
