Through cooperation with practically all main functions at INVISIO and especially R&D, Manufacturing and Supply Chain, my role consists in coordination of external product testing, non-conformities management, and agreements on QA/QC with key suppliers. This consists in, but not limited to:▸ Plan, coordinate, and document product testing with external test labs▸ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (RoHS, Reach, Weee, Conflict Minerals,...)▸ Coordinate assigned deviations/complaints with colleagues, suppliers, and customers▸ Establish QA Agreements with new suppliers and align QC requirements with other departments▸ Collaborate to develop and maintain INVISIO’s Supplier Quality standards▸ Collaborate to improve current in-house Quality system by creating and/or maintaining internal QA/RA processes. ▸ Ensure compliance with internal processes and monitor suppliers performance by carrying out internal and external audits.▸ Ensure compliance with current export control regulations, in particular for dual-use/military items in EU, UK and EAR/ITAR in US (including FAR/DFARS for federal procurement)▸ Product categorization and customers' related requests (ECCN, NSN, HS/HTS, CECC, EUC, Transport,...)▸ Support IT Quality
