Establish good relationship within all Italian Customers (25) in order to obtain orders for spare parts and maintenance contracts.Under the supervision of Sales Director: follow all sent quotations, set price and commercial conditions, follow all pending invoices until a full payment is archived. Follow up all pre-installation process ensuring the best synchronization between final Customers and installation Team.

Main activities are related to maintenance and process troubleshooting of 300mm machines used for the implementation of integrated electronics devices.Also, analyzing Tool performance (Up Time, Down Time, MTBF, MTTR, SDT, UDT, total issues occurred and related Pareto) providing Weekly reports. Certified to work on PECVD (Plasma Chemical Vapor Deposition Enhancement) and Etch (dry photo resist and oxide etch) machines.Based on previous experience I have been entrusted additional responsibility for software installation on Unix platform and process troubleshooting
