I trust in sustainable transformation as the only way to organisational development, and I am passionate to show the way towards it.My ACCOMPLISHMENTS - I led the establishment of the headquarters of two European INGOs, incorporated them in Belgium and Luxembourg, increased operating funds through successful fundraising campaigns, with public and private donors, broadened the membership, launched corporate identity, reviewed mission, vision, and values, strengthened governance, initiated advocacy campaigns, communication strategies, designed and implemented training systems, influenced policy.
