- Centralize and monitor major Amundi projects- Lead strategic transformation projects across the organisation- Assign project managers on strategic topics

Assistance to Top Management on Strategic Initiatives, such as Business Transformation and M&A activities; Ensure that Governance Rules and principles are applied at Pioneer Group Level with a robust monitoring framework for rules, policies and procedures; Coordinatation of NBO approval process; Referent point for Sizing & Benchmarking and FTE’s control at Group level; Identification of intervention areas for process improvement and/or optimization that could lead to cost reductions, efficiency increase or service level improvement; Coordinate and monitor the implementation of major projects (Group Level projects) applying best practice on Project management methodologies; Chairman of Global Project committee and permanent member of the Gruop Cost Management Committee; Coordinate and assist all local entities in realizing a formalized description of the structure and of all business processes of the company in order to achieve a structured knowledge of the actual working processes at local and global level.

Establishing and maintaining a standardized Operational risk management framework for the Company; Direct participation within UniCredit Basle II Project (AMA Authorization by Bank of Italy); Build and maintain relationships within internal and external parties (i.e Rating Agencies and Regulators) to enable effective controls to be implemented and frequent communication for continuous improvement; Support the Business in the evaluation of operational risks embedded in their activities; Monitor activities performed in the Group in relation to potential operational risks arising from existing and projected activities; Support the development, maintenance and implementation of operational risk policies, methodologies and procedures for Risk Management departments, including Insurance Management.
