I am an industrial and management engineer with more than 25 years experience in riorganization and management of M&A Operation, Finance, HR, Operations, Sales & Mktg and R&D activities in different company. The main activities during my experience were the process organization reengineering considering the budget achievement on different kpi performance. During my experience I covered different roles as managing director, general manager, plant manager, operations manager, supply chain manager and manufacturing manager with good results on targets achievement with my teams. I have followed complex projects as project manager on the manufacturing, R&D and supply chain areas with a full control of timing, quality and cost on the deliverable activity through the coordination of multi-skills and multicultural teams. I developed a very good skill on people management with a natural strong leadership and team building. The different skills developed in many years of activities in a complex company, together the people management capacity and the lean transformation skills, give me a strong experience in operations reengineering and business target achivement. The continue needs to improve my knowledge on the business area pushed me, after the university , to continue to study and attend different training course. On this way I attended an Master in Lean Management and in Company Management. My target is to develop a very strong skills that will permit me to grow and deal with future professional challenges. My main target: use my skills, built in many year of experience on the field, in order to support the company vision and mission trough the excellence operations development.
