• Head of Facility Management Department, in addition to the previous role, coordinating internal and external resources to ensure the functionality and maintenance of the production plants, buildings, structures and machinery present in the Company, proposing improvements, modifications and implementations in compliance with the regulations in force, planning their implementation within the defined and assigned budget, reporting to COO and CEO.• Supervise the drafting of estimates and specifications for the execution of new works, construction sites, maintenance and provision of services, with a constant and effective efficiency policy in relation to internal costs.• Define and propose improvements, changes and implementations concerning the use of work areas.• Manufacturing Process Engineering Manager, with the responsibility of Process Feasibility activities to support Product Develoment in Design phase.• Co-ordination of Industrialization activities to define Production Layout and Plant Tooling in line with Production requirements within the allocated budget and timeframe.
