Plant Management of TBM (Tunnel Boring Machines) and machines.• Watching over and organize the daily operations of manufacturing plants and similar places.• Overseeing employees, production and efficiency, to make sure the plant is running smoothly, quickly, efficiently and safely.• Supervisioning an entire location, or just a section of the mechanical, electrical and hydraulic operation.• Maintaining optimum operation by assigning workers, creating and keeping work and production schedules, hiring and training new employees, collecting and looking through data to find places of waste or places of improvement, keep an eye on worker safety and plant safety.• Monitoring the production equipment to make sure that it stays in good working order, and repair or replace the equipment when needed.• Controlling the item manufactured in the plant.• Communicating with other departments or parts of the plant to make sure everything runs smoothly.• Planning and designing engineering devices, equipment and spare part to maintain optimally the operation of the plant.• Making order of spare parts, following the orders, maintaining the plant in use, managing and supporting the spare parts in the warehouse.• Writing daily-reports.

HVAC planning and design engineering• Developing many engineering HVAC projects, calculation of heat dissipation,heat transfer, heating cooling ventilation and air conditioning transmission formachinery and living Areas for offshore platforms, pressure drop calculation,heating and cooling loading calculation, HVAC Airflow calculation, ;• Designing D&IDs (Ducting & Instrument Diagram), P&IDs (Piping & InstrumentDiagram), planning Devices such as AHU (Air Handling Unit), Fans, Heating andCooling Coils, Dampers, Ducts, Louvers, Pumps, Chillers, Fan Coil Units, WaterTanks, Valves, etc.;• Drawing and Drafting with AUTOCAD;• Checking, making and issuing technical documentation to the clients and suppliersuch as GA drawings, Data sheets, Catalogue Data, Inspection and Test Plans,Certificates, Diagrams, Packing Lists, Examinations, Company Reports, etc.;• Connecting with suppliers and clients by e-mail and phone;• Working with teams, project managers and autonomously.

CHILLERS and REFRIGERATORS design engineering• developed many engineering projects of pumps, compressors, condensers, heat exchanger, funs, electrical devices such as circuit breakers, relays, plc, temperature/pressure/flow probes and transducers• designed engineering projects, wrote manufacture and installation reports, checked and drew up documentations for the company and for the clients, commissioned components of equipment• Managed PLC software, networking and monitoring• Used AutoCAD and Solidworks to design and draw P&ID (Piping and instrumentation diagram), GA (General Arrangement) and electrical schematics.
