This experience allowed me to understand how to build a start-up and what it takes to build a team and to organize the activities that characterize this particular type of business.Happening also helped me understand what legal and administrative requirements are needed to set up a company in Italy.I had the opportunity to improve my managerial skills through the coordination of operations with our commercial partners, to grow as a salesman by exercising my commercial skills with our customers and above all to train myself in the problem solving necessary for such a dynamic activity.

For me it was a very important experience of personal and also professional growth.I was able to see what it means to work in a fast-growing and quality context; I personally had the opportunity to interface with both institutional and private customers, to develop websites and to cover the role of project manager. Tasks that are very difficult to achieve quickly in other contexts. As proof of the quality of the context, we were able to obtain two important national awards: Shared Growth in 2017 and Sustainable Development in 2018.
