About Davide Marconi

I am a Change Manager, Business Coach and PMO with over 20 years of working experience in different sectors and MBA and Economic degree with honors as academic credentials.As a Business Coach (ICF - International Coach Federation) and Change Manager, I am used to lead persons and teams throughout ambiguity and complex situations, changing people attitudes and focusing on strengthens and opportunities.For the last 18 years I worked, in Italy and abroad, as a Senior PMO in several areas of UniCredit, such as Organization, Internal Consulting, Global Security and Business Sustainability, where I learned how to see issues from different points of view, leveraging various problem solving approaches.Prior to that, from 2000 to 2001, I worked in UnionCamere Italiana in charge of a start-up project aimed at creating and implementing a Network between the different Italian Chambers of Commerce.From 1998 and 1999 I was in Birmingham (UK) responsible for the creation of a monitoring and reporting process for the English branch of Biasi s.p.a. (Heating Services Systems international Company).
