When I was 2 years old, my mother taught me my first basic maths skills. One remarkable anecdote of that period is the so-called "5+6". At the time, I was able to count up to 10, and I was ignoring the existence of the number 11 (5+6 indeed). My mother asked me what the result of that addition was. I did not give up untill I found the answer: "something bigger than 10, I don't know its name!". "5+6" is the symbol of my attitude towards problems: never give up because I can overcome difficulties. After years of studies, I rephrased this little motto in: "if you cannot solve a problem, take a break so that the water of the lake will calm down and the solution will appear clearly".I have always been very motivated in everything I did, and this made me acquire lots of interests, ranging from Formula 1, Automotive, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Recommender Systems, Quantum Computing, Business Strategy, Mathematics, Physics, Football and Music.If I have to choose between working individually and working in a team, I would choose the second option without any doubt, because only with confrontation and the consequent clash of ideas, a satisfying final solution will be found. Being able to openly interact with other people, exchangin ideas, helped me a lot in these situations.
