Main Application: -Assortment Optimization (in collaboration with a private consulting company) -Portfolio OptimizationFor both cases efficient formulations and effective solution methods (exact methods and matheuristics) were developed. Main tools adopted: Gurobi, Python and libraries (pandas, numpy, sklearn, etc.) , R🙇‍♂️ Never stop learningPossessing established knowledge to understand the surrounding world alone is not enough to keep pace with its rapid evolution. Nevertheless, the strongest motivations, the most important achievements and the greatest satisfactions have come from the coming together of multiple components.
