As a Project and Operations Manager, I spearheaded a transformative initiative that significantly impacted the health care system of the poorest region of the Minas Gerais state. The goal of the project was to improve the quality of health care by training local physicians in point-of-care ultrasound. In collaboration with the Health Ministry of Minas Gerais State, we successfully delivered over 100 on-site courses in Montes Claros, a remote area in the north-east of MG state.Through… Show more As a Project and Operations Manager, I spearheaded a transformative initiative that significantly impacted the health care system of the poorest region of the Minas Gerais state. The goal of the project was to improve the quality of health care by training local physicians in point-of-care ultrasound. In collaboration with the Health Ministry of Minas Gerais State, we successfully delivered over 100 on-site courses in Montes Claros, a remote area in the north-east of MG state.Through the efforts of a dedicated team of 30 international faculties from 17 different countries, we trained more than 400 local physicians, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to provide better care.
