At Flex Milano, I design miniaturised medical devices for insulin production companies, such as precision injectors for patients with diabetes. Collaborating with diverse teams, including tooling, electronic, and software engineers. Trough the stages of the project I collaborate with the NPI team optimizing the industrial processes involved. Simultaneously, I oversee prototype testing with test engineers, ensuring compliance with client requirements. Post design-verification, I link with mass production factories to establish production parameters. Studio Volpi is a Design&Engineering consultancy agency that works with all the main consumer product companies in italy and beyond.
