Head of R&D Laboratory team. In this role I've created and implemented with my team a validation protocol for new products, with the creation of new requirements and new reliability tests.The main responsibilities of the team are:- Validate new products, from prototype to market launch, in compliance with Time Planning and expected performance requirements.- Direct the certification processes with third parties certification bodies, connected to new products development or adaptation to new regulations.- Perform laboratory tests, process and record data and create reports.The team aims to provide all the necessary technical documentation (feasibility studies, data collection and analysis, technical data-sheets, use recommendations, product life estimates) to support Project leaders, customer service, marketing and other business functions. It manages these processes internally or externally, dealing with suppliers, certification bodies or other stakeholders.

In charge of the following activities and responsabilities:- Physically performs laboratory tests, using various machines such as dynamometers, durometers, colorimeters, abrasometers, DSC, FTIR, hydrostatic testing machines, climatic chambers, machines for cyclical reliability tests. Create and archive related reports.- Actively participate in the projects kick off, suggesting the most suitable technical solutions to achieve the required performance, and the most appropriate tests for validation.- Plans all the activities and takes care to respect the established times.- Create the technical data-sheets.

Reporting to the Group Quality Manager, responsible of Product Quality for the Industrial hoses plant.Main activities:- Grant product conformity and compliance to norms and Customer specifications.- Quality Control (inbound, process, outbound)- Management of Customer Claims, planning and execution of corrective actions- Internal and external auditing supervision.

Role: Product Manager, R&D and Quality Control OfficerMain activities:- Guarantee the conformity of incoming materials, and finished product. - Responsible for the development, prototyping and validation of new products.- Complaints management and suggestion of corrective and preventive actions.- Technical analysis on rubber products through the use of laboratory instruments.- Assistance to industrial production in solving problems.- In charge of the vacuum plasma treatment of perfluorinates.- Management, control and calibration of company operating tools according to the directives of ISO 9001 standards.- Technical assistance and consulting to customers in Italy and abroad.
