External tutor for tutorials in the field of European project management and cross-border cooperation within the Master “Langues et Affaires Internationales: relations franco-italiennes" (International languages and affairs: Franco-Italian relations)

- Coordination of 22 EU funded cross-border projects (France-Italy): supervision in the design, development,technical-administrative management, communication and cost reporting- Participation in project audits- Monitoring of the tenders for new European projects- Implementation of the Cooperation Strategy of Nice with both Italy and Monaco: frequent contact with the metropolitan areas of Genoa and Turin, and the regions of Liguria and Piedmont- Researching potential Italian and European institutional partners for new projects- Drafting of strategic notes and position papers - Regulatory monitoring at European and national level on both sides of the border

- Assessment of project proposals on the basis of eligibility, quality and cross-border criteria- Supervision of a project portfolio: day-to-day monitoring of project implementation, solution topractical and technical problems, constant support to project partners, project meetings- Active member of the INTERREG ALCOTRA 21-27 Task force following internal and European negotiations for the next EU programming period- Elaboration of project assessment reports and working documents for the Monitoring Committee.INTERREG France-Italy ALCOTRA is a cross-border cooperation programme funded by the European Regional Development Fund. It involves Aosta Valley and parts of Piedmont, Liguria, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and SUD Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Regions.

- Participating in Programme technical and political meetings in France and Italy and managing meeting minutes- Elaborating reports (Annual Implementation Report), documents and notes in French, Italian and English- Assisting stakeholders and beneficiaries of EU funds in the implementation of their projects by using European Cooperation Software SYNERGIE CTE- Assisting Team Leader and Joint Secretariat members: organisation of international missions, phone calls and e-mails reception management and switching- Working closely with the Managing Authority members based in Lyon (France)
