▪ Analysis activities for pharmaceutical multinationals that want to rely on a latest generation AI based Dynamics365 CRM (AiDEA Sales, AiDEA Retail and AiDEA Marketing) for the management of their internal and external activities.▪ Lead management and delivery of Change Management training on external data warehouse platforms to customers, mainly delivered on PowerBI.▪ Listening to the needs of customers during the initial project phase (Discovery & Analysis) for the collection of system configurations to be forwarded to system developers. ▪ User Acceptance Testing analysis (UAT) in which the CRM is presented, and the activities are tested with a sample of end users to give confidence and solve system bugs.▪ Perform quantitative or qualitative analysis to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client specific solutions.▪ Ticket management within the Jira software for the creation of epics for implementation by the production of environments for customers.

▪ Analyzed, studied and created individual and portfolio projects through the main software used within the department, i.a. Clarizen, Wrike, Dassault Systems. ▪ Assisted and supported the department in consulting activities offered to customers (SAIPEM, Bonfiglioli, Piaggio) during the analysis of requests and preparation of DEMO, presentations and EXCEL file. ▪ Successfully terminated the Master’s thesis entitled: “Analysis of the advantages of an integrated project management system within a Product Lifecycle Management software”. The paper contains the analysis of the advantages that derive from the intersection between two single software: Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
