RMBRAM is on a rapid expansion trajectory, with plans to extend its footprint to additional countries. Its service portfolio is comprehensive, encompassing consulting, administrative services for both businesses and individuals, infrastructure solutions, hosting, marketing services, domain registration, virtual servers, dedicated servers, colocation, connectivity, cybersecurity, credit collection strategies, and more.Estonia was chosen as the company's headquarters due to its status as a digital nation, reflecting a commitment to cutting-edge technology and digital solutions. The name "Delta" signifies the mathematical concept of difference, reflecting the company's mission to introduce groundbreaking solutions.DeltaRed's core idea centers on the development of cutting-edge software capable of identity verification, access control through biometric scans, behavioral assessment based on tags, risk factor evaluation using external data sources (including credit information), the identification and exclusion of high-risk customers, the assessment of potential business partners, the creation of customer profiles to enhance understanding, and the utilization of Artificial Intelligence for data analysis.The software initially originated for use in nightclubs, streamlining payment processing, and access to events while eliminating human errors and fraud. However, it swiftly became apparent that the software possessed broader applications in the realm of security, including within financial institutions and companies with stringent security requirements.To refine the software's capabilities and applications, DeltaRed has organized events to test and train the algorithm, demonstrating its adaptability and potential across various domains.As of now, the company is in the development stage, with the software being patented and currently in the beta phase. DeltaRed's journey represents a commitment to innovation, security, and the continued pursuit of cutting-edge technological solutions.

Driven by my deep passion for animals and as a dog owner myself, I decided to take my commitment to animals to the next level by becoming a volunteer at the ENPA dog shelter in Torino, specifically on Via Germagnano. This experience has been incredibly fulfilling, and I dedicated my time, both daily and weekly, to supporting the shelter's operations.My responsibilities included playing with the dogs, taking them for walks, preparing their meals, and even bathing them. This hands-on involvement allowed me to directly contribute to the well-being and care of the shelter's canine residents.Although my current commitments and projects have made it challenging to maintain regular participation at the shelter, my dedication to the cause remains unwavering. I continue to support the shelter through donations and eagerly await the opportunity to return and provide assistance whenever my schedule allows.

(now RMB Forwarding S.r.l. in liquidazione), the company that began as a school project, was necessitated by my shift towards more established projects and my commitment to furthering my studies. This marked the conclusion of the company's journey.During this transitional phase, I actively engaged with the company's liquidator and played a pivotal role in managing the intricacies of this process. My responsibilities included overseeing the collection of approximately 80,000 euros in outstanding credits for the company, negotiating with debtors, and formulating strategies to recover unpaid amounts from customers. I also managed the assignment of credits to other companies, facilitated the transfer of contracts, and devised alternative solutions to ensure customers did not lose services while adhering to the requirements of the transition.Collaborating closely with the company's advisors, legal professionals, and accountants, I contributed to the development of a comprehensive strategy for navigating the closure and liquidation procedures. This multifaceted role encompassed various aspects of the process, including financial aspects, legal considerations, and communication with stakeholders. This experience further deepened my understanding of business management, particularly in challenging situations, and equipped me with skills that will prove invaluable in future endeavors.

A requirement for advancing to the Diploma Program (DP) was to create a Personal Project, which laid the foundation for this venture.The initial concept aimed to ensure global product availability, enabling legally unavailable items in one country to be sourced and delivered from another while adhering to legal regulations. In 2020, amid the COVID-19 pandemic, my family and I established RamondettiForwarding S.r.l., an Italian Limited Liability Company, with my mother as the tutor.The company began by offering parcel forwarding services, where customers accessed an online portal to specify their desired products and shipping addresses. The company managed the delivery process, coordinating transportation to a local warehouse in the country of availability, ensuring rigorous security checks, inspections, and fulfillment.During the pandemic, the company adeptly launched an online shop for COVID-19 products, served through virtual global warehouses. It expanded into IT services, business consulting, marketing, and logistics, catering to individuals and businesses transitioning to online sales. The company evolved into a comprehensive provider, offering distribution, global forwarding, and administrative support, becoming a trusted partner.This journey equipped me with valuable insights into negotiations, agreements with suppliers, multilingual communication, credit collection, and real-world business management.The company expanded into telecommunications services under "RamCom". In 2023, I decided to liquidate the company to focus on my studies and other projects, which further enriched my experience.From a simple school project, this enterprise grew into a successful and dynamic business, characterized by adaptability and a diverse service portfolio.

By obtaining Internet Service Provider and Phone Traffic Reseller licenses from MISE in November 2020, and registering with the ROC at AGCOM (CORECOM for the Region of Piemonte), RamCom ventured into new territory. It introduced wireless backbones and direct fiber optics projects, connecting regions afflicted by the digital divide. This effort ensured coverage, cost-effectiveness, and service quality unmatched by other providers. Through a strategic partnership with a major contact center, the company also introduced 24/7 customer support.This endeavor imparted valuable insights into the field of communications, a subject I later pursued in university. It also enhanced my commercial and management strategies. Despite my youth, I rapidly adapted to changing circumstances and overcame the challenges that emerged along the way, positioning me for success in future projects.As detailed in another section, the decision to liquidate RamondettiForwarding S.r.l., the company operating under the name RamCom, including its licenses and infrastructure, was a difficult one. The company, which began as a smaller project, was disbanded as I directed my focus toward my studies and more established ventures. The services provided to customers were suspended, leaving the possibility for future projects to potentially carry the torch.This experience yielded a wealth of knowledge, including the concept of self-financing the company without the need for loans or external financing, a principle that would continue to inform my approach in future endeavors.

Our project centered on upgrading and maintaining the existing infrastructure within a research center of national importance dedicated to weather and timekeeping. The key objectives were to ensure electrical continuity during unforeseen issues, enhance connectivity, and optimize various aspects of the infrastructure.Throughout this project, I collaborated closely with the project team of the company and the research institute. I contributed to the development of research documents and project documentation, assisted in conducting on-site inspections, provided valuable advice, and gained practical experience in the field. This experience allowed me to develop the skills required to assess complex situations and propose appropriate solutions, furthering my understanding of engineering and project management.
