After 30 years at sea , and the last 20 years in the Yachting industry , I am still passionated and in love with my job. I feel always very exited every time leaving the Harbour I hear the sound of the waves running along the hull.I went through all deck positions achieving the knowledge of all the skills necessary to manage at the top level the overall Yacht Maintenance, Safety and Security, Human Resource and Owner/Charterer requirements.I strongly believe in the team , my effort is always focusing in team building, training and improving communications between the departments and all crew members. Action is my best fuel motivating me to improve my professionalism and implementing the cruise activities to score the best result and make every cruise "Unforgettable ".My ability to speak fluently English , Spanish , French and Italian give a chance to make comfortable many different nationalities of Owners/Charterers.To be ready to tolerate any kind of stress and pressure I keep myself fit practicing Triathlon (swimming, cycling and running). During my career I have navigated all over the Mediterranean Sea , Caribbean sea, East and West U.S. coast, Pacific coast of Central America , Mexico, crossing several time the Atlantic sea and the Panama canal, Canadian and Alaskan inside passages and the Gulf of Alaska up to Prince William Sound.I am ready and excited for a new challenge!Honestly I would like to have a chance to plan and navigate a world wide cruise by a Large Motor Yacht, but my first choice is a long term commitment with a Owner loving Yachting, private or charter, no matter the size of the Vessel o where is the home port.
