My professional experience of more than 15 years enabled me to acquire a proven experience in Quality Control and in GMP regulated environment.My activities as chemical analyst and as laboratory supervisor offered me the opportunity to reach extensive experience in chemical and pharmaceutical quality control. I am highly motivated, proactive and eager to take new responsibilities and acquire more professional experience, sure to be able to invest all my knowledge and experience in order to help the company grow as well.Technical skillsI have a wide experience in chemical laboratory quality control from both the analytical and management side.During the past years I had the chance to improve my technical skills on most of the most important analytical technique (HPLC, GC, AA, UV, IR) and on various laboratory activities, such as method validation, cleaning validation, equipment qualification, media fill, SOP and method issue.I use on daily basis the USP, EP and ICH guidelines. ActivitiesI actively contribute to audits from the clients and the regulatory bodies in a deep cooperation with the QA Department. I daily manage deviations, CAPA, change and OOS as well, according to the internal procedures as well to the most used guidelines.I also manage the laboratory activities involved in the API production (IPCs, release of intermediates) and coordinate the activities with the different production area managers.I’m in charge also for the laboratory instrument qualification, by contacting external companies and reviewing their activities or managing the internal qualifications as well.Soft skillsI’m currently leading a team of 4 people, managing their daily tasks and trainings, organizing shifts and doing my best to be an effective leader and building a trustworthy and positive working environment.I’m particularly interested in becoming a better leader in order to be a constant reference for my colleagues and the company.
