As a Business Development Manager, I implemented lead generation strategies using both inbound technics of digital and content marketing as well as outbound direct marketing activities. As a Sales Manager, I developed and managed sales processes and teams. I worked in B2B and B2C market, and for seven years in Retail sector. I’m experienced of products selling that especially of consulting sales of services. The experience developed let me be particularly reliable and effective facilitating the development of skills, hard and soft, for customer relationship, commercial processes, and sales team management.● I have 6 years of experience as a Project Manager and I master both predictive-waterfall (PMI) and adaptive (Agile-Scrum, for which I own the Scrum Master© certification from Scrum Alliance) project management techniques.● I have a VAT account but accordingly to the assignment, I indifferently work as a freelance or as an employee.
