First one: creativity that brings innovation. Every inner department is like a jazz band member: it knows very well how to manage (work) instruments bringing its how contribution to achieve the main goal. Every part listens and interact with other in full interplay mode, like a jazz combo. Ok, there’s this stereotype on jazz used as synonym of “chaos”; I never subscribed on this idea; those who say that do not know how jazz works eventually. Ecoprogram is jazz because it has a very clear knowledge of harmony and its rules while preserving a great attitude on reactive improvisation when it’s about to solve problems on the field. And here’s where I come along: my job will be connecting the dots, keeping focus on harmony while bringing innovation like a consolidated jazz musician with a solid background brings new sound, new style, new languages and some electronics to jazz standards.I also dream to write the Ecoprogram “Real Book”, the reference in logistics for automotive on which all workers in the group can rely on.Market will evolve, and we’ll be able to work in logistics to provide the best performance like a band relies on its own "Real Book" to transpose on the fly, check structure, improvise, expose themes in different flavors.I think that a company is really good when it masters the standards so much that can afford to shape it as its best, as a good jazz musician masters the music standards and its own instrument so much to shape music in the best interest of the main show.So, pick the tempo, and let’s go for this ride
