The Professional Football Researchers Association (PFRA) is a nonprofit organization founded in 1979. We are dedicated to preserving and, in some cases, reconstructing professional football history. The PFRA is incorporated in the state of Connecticut and has 501(c)(3) status as an educational organization with the Internal Revenue Service. The National Football League Alumni is a non-profit service organization of former professional football players who work voluntarily on behalf of youth and charity. It was formed as an outgrowth of philanthropic and civic-minded impulses of men who performed at the highest level of the nation’s most popular spectator sport and used that experience as a springboard to success in later life. The Upstate New York NFL Alumni Chapter is comprised of retired professional football players who currently reside in the Upstate New York region.

SCORE is a nonprofit association dedicated to helping small businesses get off the ground, grow and achieve their goals through education and mentor-ship. SCORE members are trained to serve as counselors/advisors and mentors to aspiring entrepreneurs and business owners.

- Led projects as a Certified Master Black Belt change agent to eliminate waste, achieve program savings and improve program profits- Facilitated Naval Helo Program team that integrated data and business solutions increasing production capacity by 90%. Achieved 6 Sigma regarding aircraft deliveries...........- Reviewed and approved site Capital Equipment Requests from Lean/Six Sigma perspective eliminating waste and identifying savings.- Led the effort collecting objective evidence for the Lockheed Martin Owego business unit program to become one of the first companies in the world to achieve the highest level of maturity (Maturity Level 5 – Optimizing) to the full scope of Carnegie Mellon’s Software Engineering Institute’s CMMI in 2007 for CMMI version 1.2- Performed Causal Analyses via Apollo Process for VH71 and Soothsayer Programs (major corporate focus programs). - Performed Radar Row Feed Causal Analysis via Apollo Process- Managed Structured Improvement Activity projects for 5 major business areas. - Facilitated project events to closure by capturing and documenting program savings per Corporate Operating Excellence targets.- Panelist at Lockheed Martin Corporate Engineering and Technology (CE&T) Conference April 2013

Business Area Program Management Point of Contact for LM Lean & Six Sigma Activity- Developed project plans, coordinated and facilitated Structured Improvement Activities to address business area program issues. Provided corporate briefings regarding business area performance against objectives- Led Lean initiatives for the Integrated Products Business Area. As a Certified Master Black Belt, I mentored Green Belts, Black Belts and coordinated business area direction to meet Corporate Lean & Six Sigma Program objectives.- Led CMMI Objective Evidence Team for a major program to demonstrate program maturity for Level 5 Certification. Managed program objective evidence artifacts and performed model integration supporting LMSI Owego's achievement of CMMI Maturity Level 5 Certification. This effort allowed the Lockheed Martin Owego business unit program to become one of the first companies in the world to achieve the highest level of maturity (Maturity Level 5 – Optimizing) to the full scope of Carnegie Mellon’s Software Engineering Institute’s CMMI in 2007 for CMMI version 1.2.

Received Golden Circle Award for F-15 Central Computer Reliability Improvement Warranty leadership. Received an Outstanding Supplier Award from the Grumman Aircraft Corporation for management of the EF-111 System Improvement Program.- F-15 Program - Chief Engineer F-15 Central Computer responsible for development/technical/systems engineering of all production & deployed central computer products,
