Freelance news and sport broadcast journalist with 20 years experience in radio and TV.I'm now a veteran of 7 Olympic Games (London, Sochi, Rio, PyeongChang, Tokyo, Beijing & Paris) whilst also having covered the Innsbruck, Lillehammer, Lausanne & Gangwon Youth Olympic Winter Games in 2012, 2016, 2020 & 2024 - all working for Olympic Broadcasting Services as an ENG field reporter and producer. In 2014 I worked for HBS as a features producer in Brazil for the FIFA World Cup Finals.I have vast experience of news-reading and reporting on radio. I regularly report on football for TalkSport, Sky Sports, IRN and BBC local radio, and I am a freelance football commentator most recently having covered Stoke City for Signal Radio and Hull City for Viking Radio.I also work at the University of Huddersfield as a Senior Practitioner in Media Sport & Sports Journalism Instructor. I tutor students working on radio production, TV & Radio newsroom techniques and social and online media. I started my University teaching career at the University of Leeds in 2012.
