Worked as a facilitator, editor and writer to enable a group of young Canadians of diverse backgrounds achieve consensus on a vision for Canada’s role in the world2. Synthesized the ideas of over 300 Canada25 members into a single document3. Contributed to the national debate on Canadian foreign policy:• Report endorsed by leading thinkers including Jennifer Welsh, Michael Ignatieff and David Malone• Engaged government officials, think tanks and other stakeholders on implementing Canada25’s recommendations• Presented to both the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Trade as well as the Standing Committee on National Defence and Veterans Affairs

Vantage Partners is a spin-off of the Harvard Negotiation Project and is retained by leading global organisations for advice and consulting services in the areas of negotiation and alliance management.
