We started at $350M and grew it to more than $750M in loan volume during that time. In addition, by adjusting processes and systems, I improved the efficiency ratio from roughly 67% to 57%. Executed retail and credit structure for one of the largest associations within FCMA. Also collaborated with state leaders/politicians, trade organizations, and system lending institutions to advocate for regional resources, identify new opportunities, and improve market share. Prior to my position as Regional VP, I served as a Loan Officer/Assistant Vice President. While in that role, I increased my personal loan portfolio from $28M to $107M, all while maintaining strong credit results. This portfolio included 1,200 loans and 2,000 customer relationships. I oversaw the largest branch by employees and loan volume; this entailed leading and coaching 15 employees and processing 25-35 loan originations monthly.
