Developing Operations Analytics team to improve planning and scheduling for Pilots, Clinicians, and Maintenance personnel. Seeking to enhance fleet planning, maintenance planning, and management of spare helicopter pool.

Developed Workforce Optimization function and managed analytical teams with 3 managers and 12 analysts covering Forecasting, Visual Analytics, and Aircraft Maintenance. Responsible for development of analytical talent, on-time delivery of work product, and quality of insights produced.

The Director, Crew Resource Planning is responsible for managing NJA's Crew and Flight Safety budgets and executing the Strategic Crew Resource Planning functions. This includes managing schedules and bids for pilots and flight attendants along with ensuring the implementation of training schedules. In addition has responsibility for managing long-term crew planning to include the management of the pilot hiring model, slot administration and long-term crew forecasting. Provides input into the processes of scheduling, finance, flight operations, and training management. This training interaction involves managing the training pipeline by setting staffing targets for the training position and managing the various check rides, SIM training slots, and the pairing of students and instructors throughout all phases of the training process in conjunction with flight operations and training and standards management teams, as well as implementation of the scheduling decisions that support the training curriculum.Co-Chair of the Joint Scheduling Committee, a Labor-Management Relationship Committee, and member of the company Pilot Collective Bargaining team.
